      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought the Acer B1-710 tablet from HSN the end of August.&amp;nbsp; It stop coming on about the first of October.&amp;nbsp; It is charged but will not turn on.&amp;nbsp; At first it would blink on then go back out, now it does nothing.&amp;nbsp; Can't seem to get a live representative on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone have any suggestions or know how to remedy this problem.&amp;nbsp; This is my first Acer purchase.&amp;nbsp; I really don't want it to be my last. Thanks.&amp;nbsp; Upset in Michigan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try a power reset on the tablet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a 'reset hole' at the right side of the tablet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unplug the adapter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please insert a thin object like a paper clip into this hole and hold it for 10 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then plug in the adapter and turn on the tablet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check if it works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, you may contact the manufacturer for further help...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
