I have a problem with no wifi and no ethernet when plugged in. I have tried everything I can think of. How could I reload the drivers if possible. I don't understand what is happening with it and not sure if it is even just a driver problem. Thanks

HI,

First go to the device manager and check the status about WiFi & Ethernet devices. Did you check those things in "Device Manager" ?

Thnaks
