      <title>Acer Inspire V5-571p-6648 -Black screen Problem after 5 Minutes of usage</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;The problem is laptop starts normally,but after 5 minutes of usage or if we keep laptop idle for 5 mins,the laptop screen goes BLACK WITH DOTTED RED LINES ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE of the screen.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Please let me know whether it is hardware issue or software.How can i rectify this?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Didn`t expect this situation that to this early.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Appreciate your kind help and coordination for the issue to be resolved.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Please let me know how to rectify this.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The detailed observations are,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The first time the machine is started,it works fine for 15-25 mins and then black screen comes, Audio and &amp;nbsp;Video will stop suddenly.Had to force shut down the system by pressing the power button.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The second time the machine is started after 2 mins,works fine for 5 Mins and then goes into black screen again .&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;If we start the third time,the acer logo comes and after 1 min it goes into black screen.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;If we keep aside for 1 day and start the machine ,works fine for 15-20 mins and then again the same cycle continues.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;This is what happening on my new acer, and it is running on windows 8.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Please suggest the approaches how to fix this.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this out,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) &lt;SPAN&gt;Windows 8 Total Shout down &amp;gt; (&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Change PC Settings &amp;gt;General &amp;gt; Advanced Startup - Restart Now &amp;gt; Turn Off your PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it under warranty ? Where did you purchased ( Country)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks &amp;amp; Good Luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>
