Help me about the v5-473pg

I wanted to upgrade the RAM to 8GB so I tried to take out the cover, however there was a sticker on one of the nails written 'warranty void if seal is broken'...and guess there is another nail under the product sticker. I also heard it is quite difficult to take out cover without any cracks.

Should I just visit specialist?

Hi,

Before remove the cover , you must consider about the warranty. So I think best thing is inform to the Acer customer service in your area and get the feed back from them. If it broken the warranty sticker , you will lost your warranty. Please contact Autherized Service Provider in yiur area.
