Serial number and SNID is keep saying not valid.

Hey! I'm new here! I have a little problem 2 solve.

I Have acer aspire 5745G laptop and I bought it about 2 years ago. At that time I can validate my serial or snid, but now I can't. Site keeps saying not valid. But I checked million times, that I enter wrong code or did some mistake. But I'm not. I tried with sticker on backside of laptop and system information tool. Both are not working. Any solutions?

Is there a specific reason you're trying to enter your serial number? Is there information you need or a question you have?
