    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my daughter has just started up her chromebook and is trying to register but the @ key does not work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She has tried using both shift keys and neither work. Using shift for the symbols above the numbers work but the one for the @ sign!!!?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for any help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The @ symbol on the C720 Chromebook is the same as any other PC, and should be Shift+2 to reach the @ symbol.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried both left and right Shift keys?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have issues, you may wish to contact your local Acer service center for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
