    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for you prompt reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the suggested solution has not worked, I doenloaded liteon &amp;amp; installed, restarted. so uninstalled to reinstall - message popped up from&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Acer crystal webcam - installshield wizard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The video webcamera isn't found! Please plug in the camera and try the installation again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not find the camera in the device manager on my Aspire 5742G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installed Acre crystal eye web cam - get an error message "No video capture device was found on you device".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get the camera working so I can video call etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, Welcome to the forum!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you sure that u have installed correct webcam driver in your system?&amp;nbsp;I prefer to check the vendor of your webcam with &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://global-download.acer.com/FilesDownload/HWID/HWVendorDetection.exe"&gt;Hardware Vendor Dectection Utility&lt;/A&gt;. Then u can grab correct driver from "Drivers and Manuals" section. Don't forget to do a restart after u installed device driver&amp;nbsp;&lt;img class="emoticon emoticon-smileywink" id="smileywink" src="http://acer.i.lithium.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.png" alt=":smileywink:" title="Piscadela do Smiley" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue at past. Restore your system into the factory state by using acer erecovery management utility. It will fix all ur probs &lt;img class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" id="smileyhappy" src="http://acer.i.lithium.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt=":smileyhappy:" title="Smiley feliz" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;there are 2 options,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. erese everything from c drive n reinstall oem os&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. backup user data 2 da diffeent folder n reinstal oem os&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;find it by pressing f8 key before boot screen appears, then select "repair computer", &amp;nbsp;after that select ur language n u will see recovery manager at the repair options window&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
