I can't get the technical information I need about the 3mm combination speakers/microphone connector on my V5 series - they won't provide it to me and I've found no way to use the connector. The 3mm connector on my computer doesn't appear to be standard, or mine is defective but without the technical info I can't know for sure. I don't see any headsets listed at their online Store either. If I could just contact the Engineering department I'm sure they'd have the technical details I need to make an adapter, if a headset can't be purchased from the Store, but they won't even give me that contact info so I've have an unusable 3mm headset connector for over a month now.
