Every time you call support they can not help with anything but if you send 199.00 they can help then, I see why apple is kicking butt in the electronic field. You spend all this money just for them to tell you that it is going to cost you another 200.00 WOW. I work at retail store quit a large warehouse and I work in the electronic department and I will never let anyone buy this garbage . Oh as for a warranty your acer will start having a host of problems right when it expire they still wont help them but that's ok because we have several thousand of ppl come into my job and I will never recommend this garbage to anyone again.
