I assumed as much. Its great for what it does (web browsing and movie viewing) but I can see it slow down when i try too much multitasking. The cpu clock is always steady at 40-50% but ram always pushes 90%. I knew it would take almost total dissassembly. To get to the memory. Lol it was only 299.99. I may upgrade than go through the cost of going to a shop. Thanks all.

i want to replace the ram on my laptop, however I do not see how to access the inside. There is the battery compartment on the bottom, but there no other access. I assume i would need to remove the keyboard. I cannot find any manuals specifically for this laptop online. any advice? Thanks.

Thanks suryaeternal. I checked that site out at first. But it seems they were using a different model. The one I have is totally enclosed at the bottom except
For the battery. I will send a pic later.

Bishop, your rig gets good reviews online, but one professional revewer stated that changing the RAM is difficult. If you have never disassembled a laptop before, I would advise you to take it to a computer shop.
