Windows 8 For Aspire 5745G

Hello!

I have an Acer Aspire 5745G-644G50MNKS Notebook with OEM Windows 7 Home Premium.

Specs as following:

Core i7 640M Processor (2.87GHz, 4MB L3 Cache)
4 GB DDR3 RAM
500 GB HDD
15.6" 16:9 HD LED Display
DVD RW
1 GB VGA (NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 420M)
WIFI / Bluetooth / Card Reader / Web Cam
Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit)

I'm wishing to update my system into Windows 8 Pro or Enterprices.

But unfortunately my model isn't appears in Windows 8 Eligible Models list or Affected Models List.

I'm still wondering why my model is not listed in above two lists

I'm not able to update my system with Acer Upgrade Assistant, Because my model isn't listed there.

Anyway, i"v run Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant Tool in my system and it says everything is oky except Secure Boot option.

I'v checked Drivers and Manuals section for the drivers that competible with Windows 8. But there is no choice for "Windows 8" in the O/S Setection dropdown list for my product. But i saw some products that has lower perfomances than mine already has Windows 8 Competible Drivers + BIOS Update that adds UEFI Support and Listed as

Eligible Model.

I Just wanna know why my product is skipped. even Win 8 Upgrade Asistant also showed that my system is fully competible.

BTW I'v checked individual hardware vendor sites for the latest drivers for windows 8. Most products has the drivers, And the current drivers also competible with Windows 8 according to the upgrade asistant.

What should i do so? Will the win 8 upgrade usless in my system? or it will be better than the current win 7?

Please explane me about this in details.
