tópico W700 shows inconsistent battery level em 2013 Archives

I bought an Iconia W700 recently, still within one month. I notice the battery level is inconsistent and inaccurate. For example, it may show the battery level is 53% with 3hours30mins left, but later on it may show 52% with 2hours10mins left.

Anyone experience this? Or Acer can you recommend any solution, such as install patch?
Idealized life for battery suppose to be 8 hours, and this kind of performance make me disappoint with it.

You will get 8 hours only if you don't tax your tablet at all. The moment you start doing something that uses your CPU/GPU you will get at most 4-5 hours. Windows battery life prediction depends on recent activity so depending on how your use your laptop it may jump loke crazy from 11 to 2 hours.

You have unreaslistic expectations. We may get true 8 hours with Haswell but even that is doubtful. As for now, w700 is the best battery life you can get out there for tablets.

I wasn't expecting something unrealistic, but something rather reasonable. I use Windows Vista and 7 for such a long time but never face this problem before.
