w700 marks under the screen

my w700 has some grayish marks under the screen they are only visible on start up or on a black screen. the tablet also has some light bleeding. are these common issues or should i get a replacement

here is the link to the image of the grey marks it only shows up on a black screen, you can barely see it in the photo.

It's really hard to tell what's going on there. They look like subtle fingerprints, but the image honestly isn't clear. Any chance of a better picture?

it is really hard to see. you could only see it in a all black screen.
