This is my second post here, and I've only had the computer (AG3620-UR12) 12 days. :<

This time, I've noticed that no matter what my BIOS is set to, certain things will not work. The two most troubling ones are the 'Support USB Legacy Devices' option (which may be the cause of my first issue) and the 'Keyboard NumLock' option.

Both of these are set to 'ON'. However, neither of them work - my keyboard's Number Lock is ALWAYS off when I start up, and Legacy USB devices don't work on my computer.

Some options, like disabling SecureBoot and enabling the boot menu, work just fine when I change them. However these two settings that won't work are important. It may have something to do with UEFI.

Anyone have any ideas?

Just as an update, I think this has something to do with UEFI.

When I enabled 'Legacy OPROM' mode to get my plug-in-play devices to boot, my NumLock key was also enabled. This addressed the problem with USB legacy devices, but I still need to figure out a way to have UEFI recognize that I want my NumLock key enabled on startup, instead of overwriting the BIOS settings. I guess I could boot in Legacy OPROM mode all the time, but I'm not sure what features I'll lose if I were to do so.
