      <title>How Do I Fix My Warranty Information</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The DLP chip on my H5360 projector is going out. There are white and black stuck pixels everywhere. The sticker on the box says the DLP chip has a 5 year warranty but every time I try to contact support, I am told my warranty is up. I bought this device in the fall of 2010, which means I've still got time left. This is the only support I can figure out how to contact.
