      <description>&lt;P&gt;How very frustrating, dont think I've seen this problem before, but never mind, will see if we can fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to control panel, click on keyboard, select hardware tab, this will tell you if the hardware is running properly. If ok go back to control panel. open hardware and sound, select device manager, if prompted press continue. Look for keyboard on list and click on the + sign next to it. Double click the file that lists your keyboard, does it say the device is working properly. Click on the driver tab and select uninstall, after this your keyboard will stop working totally, restart computer, when on your computer will find the keyboard and reinstall it. See if this sorts out your problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think you may have inadvertently hit the number lock key...hit it again and you should free it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
