It happens at the worst time, e.g when playing a video. It is not the touchpad as the mouse disappears and the touches happen in one specific place. Unfortuneatley this is where the play pause button.<BR />I have cleaned the screen with cloth and alcohol wipes but it doesn't help. The laptop is practically useless with this. It prevents me from doing anything.
