My netbook has been locked by hecker

There is warning message only on screen by fake FBI.

They request to pay fine $200.00 by cash purchasing green dot money mak then put the card numbers

after then they willl unlock my computer.

I called FBI, they recommed to contact Internet company to ask change DNS>

I contacted Comcast, they can't help me, I better contact with Acer.

My warranty is already over.

Does any one knows how to unlock my netbook?

I would try restoring it to a previous date or attempting to fix the problem by accessing the boot menu during the BIOS startup.

Maybe using the erecovery to re-install the OS would help...but I hope you have managed to sort the problem out...every few days I get a phone call from people claiming to be from "Windows department",said with an Asian accent...it would be comical if it were not so sinister...but it never fails to amaze me how I can string them along for about 20 minutes while they think they are about to access my computer...I then say I`m sorry but I need to go now....they get very angry !
