Help with Acer M3920 Replace DVD drive

I have the manual and it's no help. I need to replace my DVD drive. I take off the panales there is no room to take out the drive through the case.

So how do I take off the plastic Front cover

To take off the front cover:

There are bezel retention tabs on the inside of the chasis at the top, middle, and bottom.

Release the tabs and then the front cover should pull away from the front of the system.

Be sure you also remove the two screws holding in the optical drive before attempting to slide it out.

Some of those tabs (if it's like the 3620) are behind the DVD and hard drive cage. I see how to remove the hard drive cage but how do you remove the dvd cage to get to the retention tabs?
