I would recommend just keeping the utilities, but if you’re looking to remove a few things make sure to keep the Acer E recovery in case you ever need to do a quick reload of the OS. Framework is also a needed utility in the event there are programs that need it to run. The others that are not really "needed' are Power saver, Quick Migration, Backup manager, and Registration.
