exactly 10 days after my warranty is over my battery stops working

i'm completely baffled. it was giving a 4 hour battery backup until last, and suddenly it stopped working completely.

i went to your service center only to find out i have to replace the battery and would cost around rs5000 that is $100 bill for a battery replacement.

i was really impressed with my laptop service and output until now. i wonder why put a smart battery when it lasts for one year and costs a bomb to get it fixed. not really smart
