    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The hard drive was replaced in my Acer Laptop on&amp;nbsp;September 25, 2012.&amp;nbsp; The hard drive has crashed once again but the 1 year warrenty expired in October 2012.&amp;nbsp; Is the replaced hard drive under warrenty for&amp;nbsp;90 days from date of repair.&amp;nbsp; I also purchased the extended warrenty only to find out a few days later that it only covered software issues.&amp;nbsp; I cannot get to speak with someone at Acer because the automated system keeps cutting me off because my 1 year warrenty is expired.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
