    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As there aren't (at least to my understanding/knowledge) any actual acer employees supporting users here you should probably contact the support for your country in questions around your SNID. The only thing I know about it is that it should typically be 11 digits long.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem on a tablet I just bought from Microsoft store. &amp;nbsp;I've spent hours sitting on hold or talking to people in India while they try and sort out my SNID so they can route me through to tech support. &amp;nbsp;Kind of sucks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
