New Member/First Acer

I'm excited to be getting my first Acer. I am in Tempe, Arizona, United States (South West U.S.). I am a student at BYU-Idaho (online) working toward a B.S. in Web Developement.

I too am new to the ACER product line and touchscreens et al (finally upgrading). I have posted my tech issue - but I think under the wrong heading - refurbish computers. I'll try to repost under correct heading.
