Internet speed Issues on Aspire V5-123

Hi,

So recently I've noticed some speed issues with the internet on my laptop where I'm getting half the speed I should be getting. For example, on my iPhone and Xbox One the speed test shows around 35Mbs. But then on my notebook, It shows 16mbs. I've tried a USB Wifi Reciever, It improves slightly but not what it should. And I still have the same issue even with Ethernet.

Is this a fault with the laptop or could it be something else?
