I bought a new Acer Aspire S7-392 two days ago but the keyboard ligth is failing

I have been working with this new laptop for 2 days but the light of the keyboard has never been on . I tried to turn on the keyboard using the keys Fn+U and Fn+I , Fn+U=I but it keeps off . it has never been on What should I do? Im terribly disappointed because this a new and very expesive laptop. Can you help me?

To turn Off or On the backlights of your model's keyboard, you need to press Fn + U + I keys simultaneously (press only the three keys and ignore '+'). Please note that the device automatically disables the backlight function if it detects a bright environment.

To know more, you can refer to "Hotkeys" section under "Using the Keyboard" section (page no. -16) of your product's user manual. In case you do not have user manual, you can also download it by following the steps below:
1. Go to http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
2. Enter "Aspire S7-392" (without quotes) in the box besides "Search by Product Model"
3. Once your product details appear on the screen, select your operating system appropriately from the drop-down menu besides "Operating System".
4. In the table that comes up, go to "Documents" section, then go to "User Manual" row and click on "Download" to download the user manual to your computer.
