No I couldn't. There were no ways to restart it in Safe Mode. It installed updates 1 of 3 for more than 7 hours until I decided to search on Google about 'Windows update problem' instead of focused in Acer problem. Apparently what I experienced was such an update glitch. Most of people suggested to hard reset the laptop, but how would I do it with Aspire S7? In the middle of my frustation, I remember that I had this problem before where my laptop kept shutting off randomly. The key was the loosen middle screw driver attached on the battery. So I unplugged the power cable, loosened the screw driver, and let it for 2 minutes before tightened it back. To test that my action was right, I plugged the power cable in and turned on the laptop. It works!
