I have a white dot on my Acer V5 touchscreen

I noticed about a week ago that my Aspire V5 had a bright white dot on the screen. It is a few mm's in diameter and on pale backgrounds really shows up and is distracting.

Not sure it is a dead pixel due to it's size. I know the screen has received no bangs or anything either.

Anyone else seen this?

Yeah, mine looks a bit like that. Done the dead pixel test. Seems to be that. Laptop is under warranty as it is less than a year old.
