I tried even looking at my unit Aspire 5742G at Acer Support but the version I'm looking at is not there. &lt;P&gt;What operating system are you using? Have you tried all the versions we have listed for your operating system? If so and your bluetooth is still not working, there may be a hardware problem or a conflict elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only other option I would suggest is restoring your computer to its factory settings to see if that resolves your bluetooth problem. If that fails, contact support in your region as it may be a problem with the bluetooth module.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
