That is most likely a fan issue, may be the second one if your laptop has it (which turns on only when it's necessary). You should pass your laptop to warranty repair, they will provide you fan replacement.

The left fan is really loud at random times. It started happening a couple weeks ago. It stopped for a while and now it is really bugging me. I cleaned it out with a vacum but, that didn't help. I tried getting into the fan speed, but I could only find anything under power management. I could really use the help. I don't know if I have to update something, or if the fan is just of kilter and needs to be realligned. Don't really want to take the computer apart unless I have to. Thanks

It's loud because of speeding up or do you hear some unusual noise? What are the temperatures when this is happening?

I am a 16 year old that doesn't know too much about computers. I know is that possible. Umm... I don't know where to find specific temperatures, but with past experiences with laptops, this one runs really quiet and nice and cool. The fan revs and rattles and then sometimes it sounds like a waxhing machine with rocks in it. At first it would happen whenever I woke up the computer, then it would stop after a minute or so. Does that help narrow it down at all?
