I apologize but I am not familiar with the software you are using. It seems like there is a conflict somewhere and you can either contact technical support for Comodo firewall and see what suggestions they have, or perform another hard reset as USB BIOS recovery is only possible through repair. This being a software issue I would recommend the hard reset because it is not an issue with the computer but a conflict with the firewall software.

Hi I have a issue after installing comodo firewall the computer starts up to a black screen. Unresponsive to safe mode and bios mode. Is it possible to do a USB bios recovery with this computer? What would the steps be to do that? A hard reset worked before but I don't want to lose the information on my computer if possible.
