hi..

You may check by removing the battery and connecting only the AC adapter.

If the issue persists check by connecting the AC adapter to another wall outlet.

Issues with my Aspire v5-571

Today I decided to move my Aspire v5-571 into another room. I woke the laptop from sleep mode and unplugged the charger (as I always do when I move it). However, immediately after unplugging the charger from it's outlet, the laptop shut off. I tried plugging the charger back in, but I noticed that there was no light to indicate that the laptop was receiving power. I tried turning the laptop back on, but pressing the power button proved to be futile. The laptop didn't even turn on. There was no flashing light to indicate that the battery needed to be charged, either.

My laptop has worked flawlessly until now, and I'm really not sure what the problem could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
