On reboot it goes through the acer splash page and then a black screen that says please wait then a blue screen that says the same. At the end of the process it ends with flashing between blue and black. It doesn't always hit every step but the beginning and end are the same.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>It is running 8.1 and really doesn't have much on it. It is lightly used and wasn't being used when this started taking place. I have a flash drive that I assume I I created when I first used it however I can't get to any screen that tells me what to do with it. Any suggestions will help.
