Acer is aware of the issue that has been reported and has been working with Microsoft on a resolution. The link to the update should be working now, however, you may need to restart your system for the update to install correctly. I just had a new hardrive installed in my Acer and now I don't have any of the factory features that Acer had on it. Is there a way I can update them all? My mouse etc is just not the same. P.s I am a techno-phobe!!
