I have a new V5-573P. When I go to start menu (classic shell) and type "cmd" for command prompt out of habit, the first result in the list is $Acer$.cmd, which when I hit enter (again out of habit) immediately starts shutting down the computer. Needless to say this is very annoying.

Any idea what this is for, and whether I can delete it or rename it such that's not the top of the list?

It's located in c:\windows\system32.
