Can install windows 7 ?

Hi Team,

Few days ago i purchased Acer Aspire E1-470 with OS windows 8. But i faced problem with install some software_They not working and some not install. Also my Usb dongle key ZTE MF 190 internet key also not working with windows 8.

So can is it possible i can unistall windows 8 and i want to install windows 7 on this laptop. Please guide me how can i do it and where i can search windows 7 drivers for this laptop?

Vijay,

While as Acer, I don't have the process to support your going to Win 7, we're not here to stop you, hopefully other community members can help you in that aspect.

I would like to point you to a post I made yesterday, it will hopefully provide you with some information on protecting yourself by creating backups of your OEM OS (Windows 8) and include the steps on how to get back should you ever need to.
