    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an older Acer Aspire Laptop. I tried to Install Windows 8...which it did, but have not been able to install my Office 365 that I purchased. Then inadvertently reset under Windows 8 and it moved the laptop back to factory settings. Now I don't know what to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
