The other day My microsoft word starter wouldn't open/ was unresponsive when i try to open it. I asked about this with microsoft, and they said I should ask the original munufacturer (acer in this case). I have tried "changing" and "uninstalling" it and it gives an error message. Also when I try to open word documents, they are also unresponsive.

I am unsure what to do and I need that starter program up and working for school.
