How do you make Acer and particularly there customer service who I find hard to understand listen ? I have an Acer laptop which is only 8 weeks old, it has not worked properly since new. Despite trying to make the customer service understand that I had some important data on the machine, he insisted that if I took it to a local technician to try and get the data off the machine before sending it back, then that would most likely make the warranty invalid ! So I have had to send it back and lose 10 years of research, and they just do not care. Wish I had never bought an ACEr

hi...

I too had no boot issues with Acer computer and unable to data.

As per per Acer technican , removing hard disk to backup data does not void warranty.

You need to take care that you do not damage any parts.
