Password problem

The problem is although my password let me download apps and get me into gmail when I shut down it now will not let me into the chrome book. No one at acer seems capable of even sending me an email to an alternative adress let alone dealing with this problem. As an email address this chrome book is pretty useless and is being returned to the store unless any one can tell me how to uninstall chrome and reinstall it.
