I'm sorry you're having an issue. If you're talking about the C710, an update was identified and fixed for units booting to a white screen. You can leave your chromebook on for 30 minutes and the update will be applied and functionality will resume normaly.

You can also create your own recovery disks, and google has instructions here: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/1080595?hl=en

If these options don't fix your issue, I would suggest you contact your local Acer support team.

I like many others have a c710 chromebook that is not booting up after only one use. What is ACER doing to fix this epidemic problem besides giving suggestions? how about a recovery memory stick!!!
