tópico Shelf "reset" arrow em Chromebook

Life is good until I see an arrow in the lower right corner of my shelf. Had not seen this before. Brought the mouse over to see what this is about and displays "reset". I remove the mouse and everything shuts down. I reboot; take the battery out; let it sit a day or two. I get to the sign in page and beyond that it goes to the page "did not shut down properly, click to restore". By now I have lost ability to control mouse and reverts back to the sign in page.

I'm going to suggest that you attempt a reset of the device.

Reset your Chromebook:

https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084?hl=en
